Utah Hockey Club Fans Anticipate Arrival of Team Jerseys

Utah Hockey Club enthusiasts can soon show their support for the team with the release of inaugural-season jerseys, set to hit the shelves as early as November, according to an announcement by the organization. These official team uniforms will be available for purchase at the Utah Hockey Club team store and online at uhcteamstore.com.

For the 2024-25 season, the team will proudly display “Utah” across the front of their jerseys. The color scheme of the jerseys, which includes “Rock Black,” “Salt White,” and “Mountain Blue,” draws inspiration from the distinctive elements of the state that the team now calls home.

The production of Utah’s jerseys, like those of all NHL teams, is a collaborative effort with Fanatics, the league’s official supplier for e-commerce, fan apparel, and jerseys. The intricate process of designing and manufacturing a new jersey typically spans around 18 months.

Established on April 18, the Utah Hockey Club swiftly came into existence when owner Ryan Smith acquired control of the Arizona Coyotes’ assets. This rapid transition has necessitated quick preparations both on and off the ice to gear up for the upcoming season.

Chris Armstrong, the president of hockey operations for Utah, expressed pride in the team’s inaugural jersey design, emphasizing the clean, classic look of the home and away jerseys crafted for Season One. Despite the tight timelines, Armstrong remains optimistic about the positive reception from fans and players. He anticipates ongoing refinements and enhancements to the jerseys in the future based on feedback received.

While the team’s official name is yet to be finalized, Armstrong highlighted the importance of involving fans in the identity-building process of the franchise.
